What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 Extended Stay hotels while fostering a sales-focused culture with hotel staff
- Drive ROI for hotel partners while achieving revenue milestones within a shortened sales cycle of 6 months
- Activate new accounts in the local market and enhance market share from existing accounts through strategic prospecting
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts effectively
- Create remarkable client experiences and maintain high levels of client satisfaction by representing clients with professionalism and integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within an extended stay hotel
- 2 years of experience in a dual or area hotel sales role is preferred
- Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP processes, and brand tools
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using a CRM system to manage sales pipelines and track progress
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
- General hotel operations knowledge
- Strong organization, time management, and adaptability skills
- Collaborative team player with a goal-oriented mindset
