  • If a current Para in the LEAF (Lakeville Education Assistants Federation)bargaining unit, pay rate will be the same as the school year (B-2-1/$19.85- $24.05)

    In order to work as an ESY Special Education Paraprofessional you must meet the state requirement of being Highly Qualified prior to your start date. To be considered High Qualified you must haveONE of the following (please be prepared to submit documentation in support of your qualifications - transcripts from a college or a copy of the exam report):
    • Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree, or 60+credits of post-secondary education,
    • A passing score on the ParaPro or ParaEducator Exam
