Highlands School is seeking an organized Extended Day Program and Summer Camp Assistant to support after-school and summer activities for 4K–8 students in the Birmingham area.
The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage schedules, sign-in/out, and student records using CampBrain, Excel, and Google Workspace. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or can be obtained.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a school environment, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and database systems (experience with CampBrain preferred).
