Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or above. Experience with preschool and elementary children is desirable.
• CPR and First Aid certificates required or obtainable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains master rosters for the Extended Day site and handles enrollment changes.
• Supervises site staffing and schedules around absences and changes.
• Tracks and reports weekly payroll for on-site staff.
• Collects Extended Day paperwork and registrations.
• Plans after-school activities and oversees transitions.
