Job summary

• Provide instruction on mathematics facts, skills, or concepts to reinforce classroom learning.

Employment Term: Instructional Term for Students, As Needed

Qualifications:Holds a West Virginia Professional Certificate endorsed for elementary education or special education at the grade levels appropriate for this assignment (grades K-5).Regular employment status at the assigned school preferred.

Responsibilities:Responsible for critical skills instruction for students struggling with reading and/or mathematics to include:

• Utilization of a computer-based instructional component
• Teacher led small group instruction to enhance reading fluency and comprehension or address specific obstacles identified through diagnostic assessment
• Instruction on mathematics facts, skills or concepts to reinforce classroom learning

Maximum Participation: Maximum of 2 Hours Weekly, Schedule To Be Determined By School

Salary Range: Hourly Rate
