• Solaris East Orlando 250 S Chickasaw Trail Orlando

The role you’ll contribute:

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Adheres to all applicable rules, regulations, and standards, and actively participates in outstanding customer service, maintaining respectful relationships with all.

• Practices safety precautions and documents procedures accurately.
• Responds to Code Blue emergencies, providing CPR and airway management as per guidelines.
• Performs patient assessments, reviews care plans, and recommends appropriate therapies.
• Initiates and monitors mechanical ventilation and other respiratory therapies.
• Performs hemodynamic procedures, including assisting with catheter insertions and calibrations.

What You Will Need:

• Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science
• Valid Florida license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
