Dahl Subaru La Crosse, WI is growing in our modern facility. As an Express Technician, you will perform oil changes, tire rotations and other light maintenance, with training to become a Main Shop Technician if desired.

Qualifications

• Entry-level qualifications in diagnostics and engine repair preferred.
• Strong physical dexterity for handling tools and components.
• Team player with punctual, reliable work ethic.
• Basic computer skills and customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to learn new technology and procedures.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Document and perform work per repair order following standards.
• Drain oil, replace filters, and refill as needed.
• Inspect fluid levels and replenish as necessary.
• Check tire pressure and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with parts department for required parts.
• Keep the shop area neat and tools accounted for.
• Operate tools safely and test-drive vehicles when required.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, A/C, etc.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional services.
• Provide time estimates for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty per manufacturer specs.
