Qualifications

• Entry-level qualifications; training provided in diagnostics and engine repair.
• Basic computer skills and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to learn new technology and repair procedures.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Document and perform work as outlined on repair orders following dealership and factory standards.
• Drain oil and replace with recommended oil; replace oil and air filters.
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replenish as needed.
• Check tire pressure and adjust as necessary.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Maintain a neat and clean shop area and proper tool accountability.
• Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components and systems with diagnostic tools.
• Repair vehicle systems to manufacturer specifications, including warranty work.
• Communicate with Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services.
