Job summary

Morrie’s Brooklyn Park Subaru LLC is seeking an automotive technician to diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, and brakes. The role involves testing, driving vehicles for diagnostics, and preparing repair estimates.

A strong knowledge of vehicle systems and the ability to work with a range of tools is essential. Entry-level candidates with basic car knowledge and a valid driver's license will be considered, with a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing automotive systems such as engine, transmission, electrical, steering, and brakes.
• Ability to read and follow checklists and repair procedures with accuracy.
• Willingness to pass background check and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and related systems.
• Test vehicles to ensure repairs are complete and systems function properly.
• Drive or test vehicles using diagnostic tools and gauges; document findings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machine tools to repair and rebuild components.
• Prepare vehicle damage repair estimates.
