Job summary

Mark Miller Subaru in Sandy, UT is hiring full-time automotive technicians at our South Towne location. We offer hands-on training, an apprentice program, and a path to becoming a skilled technician through on-site Subaru training and dealership courses.

Earn $17.00–$19.00 per hour with benefits including tool financing up to $5,000, company discounts, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) matching, health/vision/dental insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• No prior auto industry experience required; we are willing to train the right people.
• Has a valid Utah Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Able to stand on concrete surface for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in environments with heat, cold, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs.
• Assist technicians and learn basic automotive maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Provide courteous service to guests and support team goals.

Our Express Lube services over 60 cars a day by changing oil, rotating the tires, topping off fluids, replacing filters, and other basic maintenance. We need YOU to help us continue to deliver the exceptional customer service, high-quality work, and high attention to detail that our guests have come to expect. We are currently looking to hire full-time technicians at our South Towne (10970 S State) location.

Qualifications

We don’t require previous experience for many of our positions because we are willing to train the right people to be on our team. What we do need is people who are willing to take constructive feedback to learn and grow with us.

• Can work in an environment that frequently experiences extreme hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes
• Can lift and move inventory items, trashcans and other work-related items (up to 50 pounds).
• Can work at a rapid pace for long periods of time.
• Is able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold.
