Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Express Lube Technician. This role services vehicles per established standards, rotates tires, performs multi-point inspections and changes fluids, while checking oil, tires, and fluid levels.

Job Description

If you are highly motivated and willing to work hard, we offer a competitive pay scale in a professional work environment. We will pay for additional automotive certification training and requirements for Certified and Master Certified Technicians.

The Express Technician services vehicles following established standards and procedures, including rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, and changing automotive fluids. The role checks oil, tire pressure and condition, filters, windshield wiper fluid, power steering fluid, brake fluid, transmission and differential fluids, and engine coolant. We strive to deliver the highest quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate may have experience or be willing to learn. Some automotive training and/or experience with automotive repair is a plus.

An unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, along with strong physical dexterity and stamina to perform the job, are required. The candidate must work productively in a fast-paced team environment, maintain a positive attitude, present a professional appearance, communicate effectively, and deliver world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs

• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and supports efficient shop operations through duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions
• Follows all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Knowledge of automotive servicing or repair is a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record
