Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Express Technician to service vehicles, rotate tires, and perform multi-point inspections in a fast-paced shop. The ideal candidate may have prior automotive experience; training is provided.

An unrestricted license and clean driving record are required, with the ability to work on automatic and manual transmissions. Excellent customer service, a professional appearance, and strong communication skills are essential.

• Ensures that required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Adheres to shop policy, safety, and environmental rules.
• Supports shop safety and inventory control and performs general duties.
• Attends staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description

The Express Technician services vehicles as assigned by management following all established standards and procedures, which includes rotating tires, performing multi-point inspections, and changing automotive fluids.

They check the oil, tire pressure and condition, filters, windshield wiper fluid, etc.

The ideal candidate might have some experience, but not necessary.

Some automotive training and/or experience with automotive repair a plus.

An unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record and strong physical dexterity and stamina to get the job done are required.

They must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, good communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.
