Job summary

Principle BMW of San Antonio is seeking an Express Technician to diagnose and service customer vehicles in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.

You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and other express services while maintaining safety and quality. We offer top pay, climate-controlled shop, paid training, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• 1 year of express technician or lube technician experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and resolve issues with customer vehicles.
• Perform ongoing maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments.

Requirements

Responsibilities of the Express Technician:

• In your day-to-day duties, you will assess, diagnose, and resolve any issues with customer vehicles.
• You will own all tasks related to ongoing maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and alignment.
• You will also be analytical and proactive in troubleshooting any problems that may arise or be of concern in the future.

Qualifications of the Express Technician:

• 1 Year of express technician or lube technician experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting strict deadlines
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather
• Ability and willingness to work a varied 5-day schedule, which includes working some Saturdays and some holidays.
• Ability to clear a criminal background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report
• Must have a valid driver's license
