Chuck Nash Auto Group in San Marcos, TX is seeking an Express/Quick Lube Technician to join our Service team. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and routine maintenance with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or quick lube experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately.
• Perform tire rotations and basic tire services.
• Check and top off vehicle fluids.
• Inspect and replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and other maintenance items as needed.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Check tire pressure and inspect tires for wear or damage.
• Inspect batteries, belts, hoses, and other basic vehicle components.
• Communicate any additional maintenance or repair needs to the Service Advisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed.
• Keep the work area, shop, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow dealership procedures and all safety requirements.
• Assist other technicians and Service Department team members as needed.
