M&L Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking Quick Lube Technicians to join our team in Salisbury, NC. We offer an environment conducive to learning and growth, with a focus on delivering quality service in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Technical degree preferred for advanced work.
• ASE certifications preferred; ongoing training provided and reimbursed.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and clearly communicate findings.
• Experience with automotive diagnostics and repair procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test systems to ensure they are secure and functioning properly.
• Isolate faulty components and diagnose road tests when needed.
• Drive vehicles for testing and diagnosis as required.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
• Repair or replace worn parts before breakdowns occur.
• Use power and hand tools to perform tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vehicle for testing purposes
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles
• Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle's breakdown or damage
• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks

Qualifications

• Ability to identify the problem quickly
• Good knowledge of automobiles
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills
• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
• Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 1 year in service department
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
