Tom Kadlec Kia is seeking a Full-Time Express Service Technician in Rochester, MN. Pay starts at $18 per hour with a performance-based bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
• Solid knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.
• Basic computer and math proficiency.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and repair procedures.
• Ability to use diagnostic and testing equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections.
• Identify potential future vehicle issues.
• Test drive vehicles to evaluate performance.
• Complete services efficiently and accurately.
• Replace or repair worn vehicle parts before failure.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively.
