What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Conduct thorough multi-point inspections
- Identify potential future vehicle issues
- Test drive vehicles to evaluate performance
- Complete services efficiently and accurately
- Replace or repair worn vehicle parts before failure
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude
- Solid knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
- Effective communication and analytical skills
- Basic computer and math proficiency
- Willingness to learn new technologies and repair procedures
- Ability to use diagnostic and testing equipment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical degree or certification preferred
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
