Job summary

Neil Huffman Auto Group is hiring a full-time Acura technician for our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Louisville. You will complete Honda/Acura training, maintain broad auto-technology knowledge, and work with parts and service teams to fulfill repair orders and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include testing, road tests, thorough documentation, and collaboration with service advisors.

Qualifications

• ASE certification and Honda experience are a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Strong understanding of automobile technology.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain a well-rounded understanding of automobile technology.
• Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate effectively with the parts department to obtain necessary parts.
• Collaborate with service advisors on additional recommended work.
• Accurately document all performed and recommended work on the repair order.
• Conduct road tests on vehicles as required.
• Apply excellent communication and time management skills.
• Conduct full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
