Job summary

Neil Huffman Auto Group is seeking a full-time Acura Technician to join our state-of-the-art service facility in Kentucky. The technician will perform repairs to Honda/Acura vehicles, complete factory guidelines, and collaborate with parts and service advisors. A valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings are required.

ASE certification and Honda experience are a plus. We offer competitive pay and benefits including medical and dental insurance, vacation and holiday

Qualifications

• ASE certification is a plus and Honda/Acura experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication and time management skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high mechanical aptitude and complete Honda and Acura technical training.
• Maintain a well-rounded understanding of automobile technology.
• Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate effectively with the parts department to obtain necessary parts.
• Collaborate with service advisors on additional recommended work.
• Accurately document all performed and recommended work on the repair order.
• Conduct road tests on vehicles as required.
• Apply excellent communication and time management skills.
• Conduct full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
