Qualifications

• 2 years as an Acura/Honda mechanic is desired.
• Flag/flat-rate experience is strongly encouraged.
• ASE certifications or technical certificate from a trade school is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs.
• Provide timely updates to service advisors.

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
