Tom Wood Volkswagen – Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Express Technician to join our fast-paced, team-oriented service department. You will perform routine maintenance, document services, and communicate recommendations clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks).
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify service needs.
• Document services accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to customers.
• Complete minor repairs (filters, wipers, bulbs, etc.).
• Stay current with tools, technology, and repair techniques.
• Work collaboratively to ensure timely service.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
