Pay ranges from $17 to $25 per hour with benefits including PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, and career development opportunities. All offers are contingent upon background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to excellent customer service.
• Basic automotive knowledge; experience with shop equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance needs.
• Accurately document all services performed in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
• Complete minor repairs such as replacing air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
