Job summary

Tom Wood Audi of Indianapolis is seeking motivated Express Technicians to join our premium service team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with Audi vehicles and a clear growth path within a state-of-the-art facility.

You will perform routine maintenance, multi-point inspections, and minor repairs while documenting all services to Audi standards. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential for success in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge or previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct multi-point inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance needs.
• Complete minor repairs such as replacing filters, wiper blades, and bulbs.
• Accurately document all services performed according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors to support customer recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow all dealership safety protocols and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on Audi technology and service processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
