Pack Auto Group is seeking motivated Express Technicians to deliver efficient, accurate automotive service in a state-of-the-art shop in Grapevine, TX. The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and high-quality workmanship to support Subaru service excellence.

Applicants should have Express Service experience, a high school diploma, and ideally a 2-year automotive technology degree. A valid license, drug screen, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Express Service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year college degree in vehicle maintenance/automotive technology preferred.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Valid Driver's License and Insurable.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Inspect vehicles for safe operation and provide maintenance/repair recommendations.
• Communicate with Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needed services and time estimates.
• Complete all tasks in a timely manner and maintain accurate servicing records.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations.
• Operate with integrity in a team-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.


• Inspect vehicles for safe operation and additional recommendations regarding maintenance or repair.


• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.


• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.


• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.


• Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.


• Operate with integrity in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Express Service experience.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• 2-year college degree in vehicle maintenance/automotive technology preferred.


• Strong automotive background.


• Strong teamwork skills.


• Valid Driver's License and Insurable
