Qualifications

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery testing, and multi-point inspections.
• Complete assigned services accurately per dealer standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance or repair needs and communicate findings.
• Assist with basic repair and maintenance services as assigned by leadership.
• Maintain safety, quality workmanship, and professional conduct at all times.

Job Description

Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery testing, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections.
• Complete assigned services accurately and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards.
• Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance or repair needs and communicate findings appropriately.
• Assist with basic repair and maintenance services as assigned by dealership leadership.
• Conduct quality checks to help ensure services are completed properly and safely.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain productivity and efficiency standards established by dealership leadership.
• Accurately document completed work and inspection findings on repair orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and service areas.
• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures.
• Properly handle customer and dealership vehicles throughout the service process.

Team Support & Development

• Collaborate effectively with Service Advisors, technicians, and leadership to support operational success and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to expand technical knowledge and skills.
• Support a positive, team-oriented service department culture.
• Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned.
