Lithia Subaru of Fresno is hiring an Express Technician to support dealership operations with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role offers opportunities for advancement into certified technician positions with manufacturer training and ongoing development.

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• 1 year of experience as an express/quick lube technician is favorable.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil and filter changes.
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Check and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintain accurate service records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer service procedures.

Dealership: L0228 Lithia Subaru of Fresno Lithia Subaru of Fresno Hiring: Express Technician Pay: $17.00 Hourly Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay for this position is $17.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
