Job summary

Fox Auto Team in El Paso, TX is seeking an Express Technician to join our service department. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while performing routine maintenance and repairs in a busy shop.

You will diagnose mechanical issues efficiently, complete repair orders on time, and maintain safety and quality standards. Prior Express Service experience and a valid driver's license are highly valued at our team-oriented dealership.

Qualifications

• Express Service Experience a GIANT PLUS!
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Able to pass pre-employment screening
• Steel toe/composite boots required

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical diagnosis with efficiency and accuracy
• Complete work as assigned on repair orders in a timely fashion
• Examine vehicles for both safety and maintenance items
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks on vehicles
• Notify other service personnel if work cannot be completed as promised
• Keep and update all training and certifications
• Understand and follow all state and federal regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Other tasks as assigned
