Job summary

Grubbs Acura Tulsa is seeking an Express Technician to join our service team. The successful candidate will perform basic maintenance tasks, diagnostics, and repair work while delivering excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have a driver’s license, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work with Service Advisors and Parts staff in a fast-paced environment. Training and growth opportunities are available as part of our team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and carrying out Repair Orders.
• Performing entry-level maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, etc.
• Conducting diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
• Providing labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
• Performing video multi-point inspections on vehicles.
• Performing Quality Control checks for repaired vehicles.
• Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services.
• Maintaining an organized, clean workspace and accounting for tools.
• Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees.
• Participating in ongoing training programs to develop expertise in automotive technologies.
