Job summary

Fox Toyota Lexus is hiring an Express / Lube Technician to join the service team. This entry-level role offers paid training and company-paid TSI certification, with a clear path to higher pay and technician advancement.

If you’re reliable, willing to learn, and interested in working with vehicles, this is a great opportunity to start your automotive career. Starting pay is $14/hour, with $15/hour once TSI certified, and ongoing training to help you progress to Line Technician roles.

Qualifications

• Interest in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and basic maintenance.
• Follow repair orders and dealership procedures.
• Complete multi-point inspections.
• Communicate findings to the service team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Participate in training and certification programs.

Pay & Growth

• Starting pay: $14/hour
• $15/hour once TSI certified (certification paid by the company)
• Opportunity to advance to Line Technician roles

What You’ll Do
