Regal Automotive Group in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Express Lube Technician to perform essential maintenance services. You will handle oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and basic inspections while delivering friendly service to customers.

No prior experience required—training is provided. This role offers a supportive team environment, paid training, and opportunities for growth within our family-owned shop that has served the community since 1976.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced shop.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and fluid level checks.
• Inspect and rotate tires, check pressure, and recommend replacements.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections (air filters, belts, hoses, lights).
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and offering advice.
• Keep the service area clean and organized.
• Dispose of waste oil and fluids following safety protocols.

As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations. Your primary goal will be to keep vehicles running smoothly and provide outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes and fluid level checks.
• Inspect and rotate tires, check pressure, and recommend replacements.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections (air filters, belts, hoses, lights).
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and offering helpful advice.
• Keep the service area clean and organized.
• Dispose of waste oil and fluids properly and follow safety protocols.
