Job summary

In this role you will assist technicians, operate express software systems, perform multi-point inspections, and help prepare vehicles for delivery while maintaining accurate service records and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification Training or equivalent
• Experience in automotive service environment preferred
• Familiarity with diagnostic software and tools

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with diagnostic and repair tasks on various Audi models
• Utilize express software systems to support service workflow and vehicle maintenance processes
• Prepare vehicles for delivery by performing multi-point inspections and quality checks

• Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and customers to ensure seamless service operations
