Kahlig Auto Group is seeking an Express Service Advisor for North Park Subaru at Dominion in San Antonio. You will greet guests, schedule appointments, translate repairs to technicians, and upsell services while maintaining CSI scores and a high level of customer confidence.

Responsibilities include providing accurate estimates, following up on repairs, and communicating progress to customers. The role offers hourly pay with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused with the ability to greet guests and assist them effectively.
• Ability to listen to customers and translate repair needs to technicians clearly.
• Experience in presenting maintenance options using clear, low-pressure methods.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customers and translate repair needs to techs.
• Upsell additional services by presenting electronic maintenance menus.
• Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates.
• Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress.
• Sell and manage extended service contracts.
• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Review and explain repairs and costs with customers.
• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints.
• Keep Service Manager informed of problems and potential problems.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards.
