Job summary

City CDJRF of Brookfield is seeking a customer service professional who thrives in a team environment and is dedicated to customer satisfaction. The role offers a salary plus commission with paid training and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, staying certified through ongoing manufacturer training, managing workflow, R/O processes, reconditioning, and rental fleet duties. A valid driver’s license is required.

• High ethical standards and strong attention to details.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Computer proficient, a good work ethic and professional appearance.
• Able to prioritize tasks and have good time management skills.
• Most importantly must be a team player with a good attitude and can't be afraid to smile!
• Valid driver’s license
