Luther Hopkins Honda in Minnesota is seeking a Service Advisor to lead the customer experience in Service. You will be the first contact for guests, guiding them through the repair process and explaining findings and options.

We welcome individuals new to automotive service, with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, or related fields, and offering compensation ranging from $42k to $110k per year on a commission-based structure.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests to clearly understand vehicle needs and issues with their vehicle.
• Obtain accurate contact information so updates can be provided throughout the repair process.
• Explain work that was performed and ensure guest has an understanding of future needs if any.
• Follow up to ensure the guest repair has corrected their issue and thank them for their business.
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.

As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in Service. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.

$42 to $110k/year (Commission-Based)
