Titus-Will Toyota in Tacoma, WA is hiring for an entry-level automotive service position. This full-time role offers hands-on training and a defined path to becoming a certified technician. Saturday work is required, with a fixed weekend shift and a weekday off.

Qualifications

• No prior automotive experience required; training is provided.
• Automotive, mechanical, or shop experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Interest in growing into a certified automotive technician.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
• Assist experienced technicians with vehicle diagnostics and repairs
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow dealership safety and service procedures
