Job summary

Baker Chevrolet South Haven is seeking an entry-level service technician to join our Express Team. You will perform vehicle maintenance services and have the opportunity to begin formal GM technician training in a busy, dealer-backed shop.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits, paid training through General Motors, and a path to wage growth as you progress from maintenance to certified technician.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive service fundamentals; prior technician experience is a plus.
• Formal automotive technology education is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidate owns the basic hand tools required to perform standard vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance services.

Baker Automotive Group has a terrific opportunity for an up-and-coming service technician at our Chevrolet dealership in South Haven, MI. We continue to grow our maintenance & light repair business and are looking for the right candidate to add to our busy Express Team. The selected candidate will perform vehicle maintenance services and be given the opportunity to start their formal training as a General Motors Technician. This is a full-time, hourly paid position with performance bonuses.

Skills & Qualifications:
