Job summary

Toyota of Tri-Cities in Kennewick, WA is seeking an Express Maintenance Technician to perform repair orders and routine maintenance while delivering high-quality service to our customers.

This full-time position offers a collaborative shop, growth opportunities, and benefits such as medical/dental, 401K, paid time off, and paid training. A valid driver's license is required, and the role may require weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and collaboration with service team.
• Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays.
• Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and dealership standards.
• Complete routine maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Communicate with the Express Service Advisor about additional services and time estimates.
• Execute services under warranty maintenance to manufacturer specifications.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Completing routine maintenance on customer’s vehicles.
• Communicate directly with the Express Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing services under warranty maintenance to manufacturer specifications
• Completing all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an express maintenance technician preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork skills
• Available to work flexible hours including Saturdays.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen& background check
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license
