Qualifications

• Prior Express/Maintenance Experience Preferred.
• Manufacturer experience preferred.
• Customer focused, self-motivated and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs as specified on repair orders with efficiency and quality.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional repairs and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and coordinate parts with the parts department.
