CDJR Brooksville is seeking an experienced or entry-level Express Lube Technician to join our service team in Brooksville, FL. You will perform essential maintenance, assist with diagnostics, and help ensure every vehicle leaves the service drive in top condition.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn the full scope of lube technician responsibilities.
• Ability to work within a team of mechanics and automotive repair technicians.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining tire options.

Responsibilities

• Replace air filters, wipers, bulbs, and similar components.
• Rotate tires to ensure proper wear and balance.
• Conduct basic diagnostic tests to support vehicle reliability.
• Maintain high attention to detail with a strong customer service focus.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Work all scheduled hours, including weekends, evenings, and occasional special events.
• Maintain a valid, clean U.S. driver’s license.
• Pass Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions and meet physical requirements.
