Ford Spring Hill is seeking full-time Express Lube Technicians to join our growing service team in Spring Hill, FL. We offer top pay, excellent benefits, and multiple positions available.

As an Express Lube Technician, you will perform maintenance and repairs, diagnose issues, and explain findings to service advisors. Training is provided, and a strong team orientation is essential for success.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Entry-level technicians welcome – we provide training
• Strong team orientation, flexibility, and commitment to high-quality customer service
• Ability to explain mechanical issues to service advisors in simple terms
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Willingness to adhere to all warranty, regulatory, and company safety/compliance procedures

Responsabilidades

Qualifications: Responsibilities:

As an Express Lube Technician, you will perform both basic and advanced maintenance on vehicles, including diagnosing mechanical issues and testing parts and systems.

Key duties include:

• Accessing all areas of vehicles to identify and repair problems
• Disassembling and reassembling parts correctly
• Using power tools (pneumatic wrenches, lathes, jacks/hoists) and hand tools (sockets, ratchets, wrenches, pliers)
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs with accuracy and efficiency
• Following checklists, procedures, and safety protocols
• Assisting with additional duties as needed

Work Schedule

Must be available to work all scheduled hours, including Saturdays and overtime when required.
