Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Express Lube Technician to join our fast-paced service team in Michigan. This role performs routine vehicle maintenance, checks fluids, tires, and gauges, and supports technicians to deliver top-quality service to customers.

The ideal candidate will have an unrestricted driver's license, a clean driving record, strong physical dexterity, and excellent communication skills to maintain world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong physical dexterity and stamina.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Checks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops-off or replaces fluids or filters as required.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs efficiently by performing duties like inventory stocking and other general functions.
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
