Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Express Lube Technician to service vehicles, perform multi-point inspections, and change automotive fluids in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, with training toward certifications encouraged for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in automotive service or repair a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Checks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops-off or replaces fluids or filters as required.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs efficiently by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions.
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
