Victory Automotive Group in Ann Arbor is seeking a Lube Technician to service vehicles and support a fast-paced team. Responsibilities include rotating tires, inspecting fluids, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness while delivering world class customer service.

The ideal candidate has an unrestricted driver's license, able to lift heavy objects, and willingness to learn; entry level considered. Benefits include medical, paid vacation, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety rules.
• Willingness to learn automotive service tasks.
• Entry level considered with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Checks all fluids and maintenance-related parts and tops-off or replaces fluids or filters/parts as required.
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions.
• Follows all shop policy, procedure, safety, and environmental rules.
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
