Job summary

Pride Motor Group in Lynn, MA is seeking Express / Lube Technicians to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance on our Chevrolet line. This role offers real career growth through our Apprenticeship Program and a path from express to full repair work.

Starting pay is $18 per hour and up, based on experience, with eligible commissions on MPI-sold work once certified. Full OEM and in-house training are provided from day one, plus coaching and a promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Applicable experience with oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Desire to grow into a full automotive career through an apprenticeship pathway.
• Insurable under dealership policy with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, tire rotations and other routine maintenance.
• Document and video multipoint inspection findings on the repair order.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace and reliable communication with advisors.
