Hendrick Kia of Concord, part of the Hendrick Automotive Group, is hiring an Express Lube Technician. This full-time, entry-level position requires a drive to learn with no Kia experience needed and offers hands-on training as you work with EVs and hybrids.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems; mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform express lube services — oil and filter changes, joint lubrication, and fluid top-offs.
• Check and refill battery, tire pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant.
• Report necessary repairs to the service advisor accurately and promptly.
• Install LOF reminder sticker and verify fluid levels prior to vehicle release.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints before return to customer.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Record all hours worked accurately in the timekeeping system.
• Participate in required KIA training and follow safety protocols.
