Honda of Concord, part of Hendrick Automotive Group, is hiring an Express Technician in Concord, North Carolina. This full-time role offers paid training, a clear path for advancement, and bonuses based on performance. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with additional incentives and a robust benefits package.

No prior dealership experience is required as training is provided. Responsibilities include express lube services, fluid checks, and reporting needed repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication skills for customer and team interactions.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Perform express lube services including oil and filter changes, joint lubrication, and fluid top-offs.
• Check and refill battery, tire pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant.
• Report necessary repairs to the service advisor.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints before return to customer.
• Install completed LOF reminder sticker in each vehicle.
• Verify fluid levels prior to vehicle release.
• Maintain CSI scores at or above company standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Record all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system.
• Participate in required training and follow all safety protocols.
