Hendrick Kia of Concord is seeking an Express Lube Technician to perform express lube services and essential vehicle maintenance. No Kia experience is required as training will be provided, making this a strong entry point for a hands-on automotive career at a leading dealer group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems; mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• Up to 3 years of automotive experience preferred — not required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform express lube services — oil and filter changes, joint lubrication, and fluid top-offs.
• Check and refill battery, tire pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant.
• Report necessary repairs to the service advisor accurately and promptly.
• Install LOF reminder sticker and verify fluid levels prior to vehicle release.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints before return to customer.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Record all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system.
• Participate in required KIA training and follow all safety protocols.
