Job summary

Our busy Service Department is looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our growing service department. You will work with the team to ensure top-quality customer service while staying up to date with the latest automotive technology

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician.
• Import or VW experience is a plus but not required.
• Desire to learn, improve, and earn certifications.
• Ability to follow repair procedures and meet productivity goals.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on VW and other vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using manufacturer-approved tools and systems.
• Complete warranty, internal, and customer-pay work orders efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the service team.
• Stay current with factory training and certifications (we’ll help with that!).
