Career Path

• 1- Entry level Technician (Express Lane- Oil changes, tire rotation, Multi point inspection)
• 2- Main Shop Express Technician (Oil Changes, Tire rotations, Multi point inspection, Brakes, Tires, Flushes)
• 3 - Used Vehicle Technician - Inspecting and Fixing pre-owned vehicles for Norfolk Auto Center
• 4- Main shop Technician-Diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles
• During all levels of growth, technicians get on-site training, apprenticeship with a Master Technician as well as manufacturer online training.
