Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or vocational training.
• Knowledge of automotive technology and repair methods.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and brake inspections.
• Read, understand and perform requested services as outlined in repair orders.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Keep records of all repairs and services performed.
• Check vehicle service history, perform virtual multi-point and video inspections.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Work toward certifications and training through Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's technician development programs.

This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an already thriving dealership in a rapidly expanding market!

Compensation & Benefits: The selected candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate within the range of $16 - $20 per hour, paid semimonthly.
